How to Become a Client

To have Val coach you, your company or your team:

1. Evaluate if Val is the right coach for you.
   There are many coaches around.  Val has some requirements for people who work with her.  Val works most successfully with people who:
   
• are senior leaders of organizations (usually Vice President level and above)
• are playing a big game
• have a desire to significantly influence their organization in strategic ways vs. tactical ways
• are ready to look at their own personal responsibility for how things happen: what role they personally play
• have a level of performance that is rated above satisfactory but they want higher performance
• are ready to take action vs. talk about actions.
  
2. Contact Val to schedule an interview.
   Email Val at a short summary of what you or your team or company has in mind.  Then suggest a time for Val to call you for a mutual interview.
